Occasionally he would reach up to his neck to make sure his necklace was still there, a piece of obsidian that held his animus magic. He smiled slightly, eyes still narrowed as he grabbed the fruit hooked onto his tail and turned into an alley, where he almost ran into what looked like an IceWing with.. gills?

Solstice returned to her palace with a regal and imposing stance. The guards bowed deeply to her, and she strode past them with some sort of weird, evil grace. A messenger flapped up to her with another bow. "Y-Your Highness," he started, not getting up. "The royal SandWing egg is hatching." Solstice nodded and picked up her pace, sweeping past SandWings and NightWings mostly. Arriving in the hatchery, she saw her own daughter crouching over a pale SandWing hatchling. "Mist," she said to her daughter with her voice like wet stones. "Let me see this newborn SandWing, please."

xxJackal exited his wooden house, dangerous tail neatly curled. He glanced backwards for a moment before walking on and letting the door slam shut itself. Jackal narrowed his bright green eyes slightly in the sudden amount of light, though it only took a few moments, and began to walk through the bustling city of Possibility.

scorch walked through the streets of possibility, black and gold eyes narrowed against the sun pounding down as he passed various stands. he passed close to a fruit stand, and once the rainwing selling them looked away, he wrapped his tail around a bunch of dates and continued on his way. he smiled softly, eyes still narrowed as he glanced behind his shoulder to make sure the rainwing hadn't noticed. in the process, he rammed into another sandwing, toppling onto the sand with an oof. he mentally scolded himself. hah. good job, scorch. great footing.

Scorch opened his eyes, quickly reaching his talons to his neck to make sure his piece of obsidian was still there. Luckily, it was. He visibly relaxed, then lifted himself to his feet, brushing the sand off his dark cloak. He glanced at the other SandWing as he spoke. "I can ask you the same question," he said in a deep voice. It wasn't often he shared his name, for he didn't trust easily - most dragons would rat him out.
