He purred, he then looked at Ravenfrost and nodded his head, trailing along beside him, he paused noticing his hunting partner had found a mouse.

Pinepaw leaps up at Puddlestar's mew, then dashes to the clearing with her pelt fluffed. I'm going to get my mentor! She sits, then quickly drags her tongue over her ruffled fur, attempting to make it look nicer.

Cricketkit pouted softly when Brackenlake said he'd take her out later, but that frown was soon replaced with a smile. "Okay!" She chirped before trotting off after Flamingkit. Flamingkit mewed a goodbye to her father before she and Cricketkit left to play.

"See you later." Soaringbird called after her mate before hurrying after her kits, nudging them back into the nursery once Puddlestar called the meeting, before sitting at the entrance, curling her fluffy white tail over her paws.

Rustpaw hurried to sit with the other apprentices, looking up at Puddlestar with wide eyes. Am I going to get my mentor now?

Greywing's eyes twinkled as the apprentice was called to attention. I remember when I was asked these things. I was ecstatic, just as they must be. Truthfully, she had been most excited to be her own cat, to prove herself as both a warrior and friend. Now I'm all I ever wanted to be, except for being deputy. She wouldn't mind Ravenfrost being deputy. The tom was kind and honest, just the type of cat Puddlestar must be looking for.
