The very existence of certain fanfictions. (I'm referring to one well-known one and then the "Warriors" equivalent-ish, and that is all I will say so more people don't suffer)

I know 2 people. One accoutn says theyre charing, but the other account is still in use. I don't know if I should report them or not, because I dont even know if theyrer benifinting themselfs or anything. All I know is that they bassically admited they were double accounting

I know this person. They cheat on CS. They say it's her sisters account, but it's benefitting the first account. I've reported it. Nothing happened! It's like nobody believes me. I feel ignored and un-thrustworthy =(
