Sunflare padded out of the nursery and into Crowstars den. "Umm Crowstar?..." She asked awkwardly. " my kits will be six moons old tonight, and they need to be apprenticed, plus, I noticed that Tawnykit has had a particular liking to the medicine cat den."

Her youth did pose some issues in the warriors den; despite her training he did think her warrior name could have waited one more moon. "We can't help how we're born, or when for that matter. We'll never get any younger, that's for sure!" While the tom generally lacked a sense of humor, he tried to be bright for the sake of the clan. "Don't rush to grow up, your ideas and bones fade with age."

The small brown tomwandered alone to the forest. Forest was new to him and he wasen't sure where he was. Flicking his ears a bush crashing got his attention "How's there?" he meowed in scared, but relazed when noticed that it was just a small bird.

His ears flatten a bit as his eyes wander off at nothing; just avoiding eye contact at all cost. "Yeah well... It's not like I'm smart or funny, I'm just happy most of the time. I can't imagine anyone liking that, some cats seem happier around a strong and silent type." She-cats always seemed to chase toms they could never get.

He blinks at her hopeful words, not sure if could believe he was the best if Crowstar didn't see it. "Lichenstorm was chosen as deputy, so now it seems the best I can be is just a warrior following orders." He held back a sigh, knowing he'd sound like the enemy if he second guessed leadership. "It is nice to get out here and clear my head though, you're right."

(I guess it's more of a 'who do you want?' No one has been assigned a mentor. Currently have Lichenstorm and Cloverpaw open, but I'm still at work for another 5 hrs)
