Nightkit sat and swiped at her head, trying to get rid of the leftover moss, and Sunkit sat down and told Mintkit "I'm going to be deputy someday!" Nightkit rolled her eyes, and swatted at him "No you won't, I will!"

Cloudsong smiled "Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be fitting in in no time, Mintkit seems to be doing alright, and I'm sure Birchleaf is having a blast out there with Shadowclaw, so why should you be any different?"

Cloudsong nodded "Shadowclaw, my mate, was once a loner himself" she said "And I don't think I've ever seen him happier" she frowned "of course I didn't know him before he was made a member of Rainclan"

Nightkit said "I'm going to found my own clan someday!" not wanting to be outdone
