Wings of Fire: The Darkest Hour (Not Accepting)

Snowstorm beat her wings harder, tucking her talons close to her chest. Ahead was the faint glimmer of gold and blue scales: Pharaoh and Rift. She determinedly sped ahead, soon touching down near them. The IceWing walked up to the two, glancing at Pharaoh. "Are you alright?" she asked quietly.

Everest looked toward the medical place and started to beat his wings his rock he still had in his talons

Pharaoh- Pharaoh curled his barbed tail, his forearms sprawled out in front of him. He turned his head away from Snowstorm. "No, I'm great. Somebody finally MANNED UP to tell me words I knew SOMEBODY would eventually say." Maybe Everest WAS right. They should just replace him with that stupid new sandwing, and he could roam around on his own. Even when he was unborn, still in an egg, he had been abandoned! That was just the way his cookie crumbled! (I love that lil' sentence)

Terra shoved Mesquite down the sand dune and into an empty street. She looked up and saw the clinic. She went over and went in to see Mosquito. "Um, our... "friend" is unconscious. Can you help?" She looked behind her and gestured to Hope and Mesquite.

Hope shoved Mesquite into the clinic and groaned. "Why is he so heavy?"

Snowstorm stood there as Pharoah spoke, a grim look on her face. She walked over and lowered her head, nudging his shoulder with her nose, then looked him in the eye. "That's not true, Pharaoh," she said quietly. "You're the best prophecy SandWing any prophecy has ever had. Without you, we'll fall apart. We can't save Pyrrhia without you."

[AGGUA!]

Pharaoh- Pharaoh bolted upright. "But that's what Everest thinks!" Pharaoh exploded. "I knew he would be the one to say that! I just knew he would!" Pharaoh gripped the rough sand, the grains cutting into the blackened edges of his burns. "And the... sandwing. How's he doing, huh?" He knew Snowstorm would know about the venomous claws now, but there was nothing he could do about that now. Pharaoh got up, a bitter expression on his face.

Mesquite
Sandwing - Clinic

Although still unconscious the venom on his chest had crusted up and the blood had dried. He twitched in his sleep, his nerve system reacting.

Snowstorm took a step back from the SandWing, sky blue eyes filling with an unreadable emotion. "I'm not sure," she said simply. "I didn't check. I went immediately after you." Snowstorm turned away from him, instead staring out into the desert. The stronghold loomed tall in the distance, casting shadows onto the dunes.
