(( *Deep breath* I know this is going to be horribly inaccurate, so please don't chew me head off? xD ))
Apollo's glossy black coat shined brilliantly in the rising sun, and his blonde underbelly seemed blindig as the light reflected from it. He lay on his side, smiling to himself as he slept; his dream was not that of demons or traitors, but of an idyllic field that he roamed carelessly and thoughtlessly about. No flowers blooms, nor did butterflies flutter about; but the simple natural peacefulness of his surrounding let his troubles wash away.
His eyes opened slowly as he heard the voices and footsteps of the others that slept in the bush; and the fox stood and stretched and yawned; his morningly routine. Today felt like it would be a dryly boring day, but Apollo had been wrong under many circumstances. He loosened his legs and padded towards the clearing, where many of the leash were already bustling about. Yet Apollo couldn't help but be curious as the new queen was doing with her pups; but Apollo quickly decided that he should leave Bluebell be. His long legs took him a bit away from the groups, but not too far. Never really good at starting actual conversations, Apollo prefered to have others speak to him; though he was not of course shy.
Bluebell's eyelids slowly opened in the dark cave. The cold stone felt nice beneath her pelt on her warm skin, and she breathed slowly to listen to the quiet resipiration of her two new pups. Bluebell did this for a while until she realized the growling coming from her stomach. She was terribly hungry and tired from yesterday's events, but she was not in the mood to sleep for any longer, and she could not leave her children. Again, her stomach groaned quietly, and the queen looked at her pups. Bluebell stood and stretched, then lay back down near the two black and white foxes. She would never leave their sides until they were old enough to take care of themselves; she had vowed it. Whether she was hungry or not, or thirsty or not, someone would eventually come to check up on her, and then would come her chance for food.
(( *Shot* That post was an epic fail. It'll get better when we start more though, I swear. OwO ))
