Ah, Aviate did post claim after they had the amount to purchase. I really wouldn't allow retraction of a leading bid in another auction usually. Even if it hasn't ended yet.

However, since no one knew this and it's not posted up anywhere, I'll let it slide just this one time. Your leading bid will still be in place on the other GG until you're outbid, then you can retract officially. If your bid wins and you don't have the amount of tokens when the time comes, your bid will forfeit automatically and the second highest bidder will win the auction.

I hope this clears everything up for you guys!

Ultimately, it's up to Zacharie~ to decide what they want to do with the GG at this point.

After careful consideration, I have decided to put this gg up for auction. It got a bit messy yesterday with tokens being removed from other auctions to pay for this flat sale. I don't believe that the sale was fair to everyone, especially since the tokens were taken from a leading bid of another auction. I know multiple people have shown interest in this gg, and I think an auction would give more people a fair chance to try for it ;w;

This auction will run like the one for this gg. You may add tokens to your bid, but once you bid them, they will be removed permanently from the bank and can only be counted towards this auction.

I'm sorry but aviate claimed it fair and square and had the tokens. Wink said themselves they would let it slide because there were no stated rules about retracting from auctions (aviate has at this point been outbid, so they are no longer the leading bid on that anyways).

It's extremely unfair to clearly state it's a flatsale and then say "oh whoops it's an auction now!!!"

im sorry, but thats kind of unfair- yesterday, you said that aviate could have the gg, and wink would be fine with letting avi's withdrawal from the auction slide. while i get it is your choice ultimately, you did flatsale it and avi did have the tokens at the time. i dont think its fair to switch it when yesterday you said avi could have it (and they had the tokens to do so).

I feel like I should say something about how unfair this is. It really isn't my place but I do not think this is in any way a fair way to handle the situation. For starters, lets just keep in mind the fact that the gg avi was bidding for, the boyband gg, is an auction in which you would get your tokens back at the end. Therefore it shouldn't be a problem for Avi to retract her bid anyways, and you could have ended the problem there. Even wink said it would be allowed to slide, and I feel Avi rightfully claimed this gg. If you want to prevent this in the future, say something. Make a rule. But taking someones gg away after they claimed it and you even said it was ok too isn't fair for the user, or anyone else.

After much consideration and discussion in between the staff members, I am here to bring the news that this GG will indeed be up for auction, running a similar style to the one auction Zach mentioned.
We apologize greatly for the mass of confusion and mishap, but at the time being when claiming the flatsale of this GG, aviate was the leading bidder, and with that it was rather uncomfortable for the staff to accept the flatsale claim. We didn't know of course of this happening. but to prevent further issues, a new rule has been implemented of course, Wink's post. I apologize once more but things have gotten out of hand- we should've been more clear and more precise on things, but please, this auction is indeed to clear things up- there's nothing biased or anything, just some things got out of hand because we had assumed some things.
