This is thebplace to ask questions right? Reading on this lovely species, i was wondering where do the feathers come from? In both male and females there was nothing stating birds being in their makeup. Just curious.

Very good question c: and yes it is ^^ Juymara are based on a more tribe like aspect, and tribes are known to have decorated feathers and the like. For the Juymara its usually a sign of pride and sort of like a symbol of honor. They are a proud race so they are born with these and grow to earn them. But for some reason our mascot doesn't have any? I wonder why that is. Maybe we will find out some day when Dr. Jumba tells us what happen to them c:

I am currently a non owner, but I am trying out for the themed male #1 and themed female #1, since I couldn't resist either of them and the idea of having their plots eventually intertwine.
Name one thing you like about the species:
Honestly, it's the fact that they are lion-y, considering many other adoptable species are dog/wolf/fox heavy, although all of their extra animal parts is definitely a bonus.

Name one thing you like about the species: I'm fond of most large cats, especially lions and tigers, as well as critters with a few feathers, and I adore the creativity present in this species' designs- both build and coat.
