His ears flicked, looking around camp but it seemed like most of the warriors were hiding somewhere in the shadows. Wildfire should be around here somewhere as he didn't see her leave camp before he did, but he knew for a fact Bluewhisker would turn his back on him. "I guess we should find Crowstar or a talkative warrior..." Looking about for the leader first; wanting to bring up his new rank as well.

Skysong briefly looked around camp, not spotting the familiar pelt of the Crowstar anywhere, "Guess he's probably in his den." She told Lichenstorm. Suddenly she realized that she hadn't congratulated him on his new rank as deputy. Smiling at him she said, "Congratulations on becoming the new deputy. You're going to do a fine job, Crowstar chose well."

Leopardpaw nodded in agreement, standing up herself and lashing her tail in expectation. Hunting was her favorite activity since she had become an apprentice and she was one of the better hunters her age in the clan. She perked her ears and smelled the air, checking for any scent trails of prey.

"And what makes you think that you're stazing ?" Sunsplash replied, raising one of his brows ever so slightly. He had never met a rogue as brave as this one. Or maybe stupid. There was a very thin line between the two.

The tom walks further away from the small clearing, wanting to get away from the scent they'd left. No prey would willingly wander into a clearing coated with the scent of clan cats, best to keep his distance. "Alright, keep your ears pricked and nose clear, there should be plenty of squirrels and birds around looking for seeds." He meows, knowing this was her first official green-leaf an apprentice, might as well spout a bit of knowledge.

Her words brought him some discomfort, guessing from now on he wouldn't be so invisible. It'd be hard to true every cat he wandered by, especially if he fell for another she-cat. It'd be a pain to think his new rank would attract the wrong attention and annoy other toms. "Yes, it will be a honor to serve at his side for moons to come; or so I pray.
