Content she was being honest, he crouched a bit more than two fox lengths upstream so his catches wouldn't heavily effect hers. It was a good thing too, as he missed the next fish he saw. However the tom let it pass over his head, no warrior made a clean catch all the time and he wasn't named for his skills in hunting either. Then he would have been Lichentail or Lichen-nose; something like that. Focusing back on the river, the next decent sized shadow wouldn't escape his claws as a second minnow was swiped into the air and met an end at his jaws. "Sunning is nice, but I prefer work myself... I'm not getting any younger after all." Plenty of time to relax when he was in the elders den, or so he thought.

His ears drop a bit, thinking of the old she-cat he use to care for moons ago. Sadly, such if life, she passed away about two moons ago. "I guess we're a little short on elders recently, One-ear and Willoweye lived long lives though. I'm sure they have plenty of cats in Starclan to keep them company, I don't know about ticks though. Never wondered if those pests were in Starclan too." Grinning slightly at the thought, mostly because it was ironic.
