When I do what they said to do here:
It removes a lot of the lines for the parent and leaves the shading. What am I doing wrong?

HOW TO COLOR TAILS (EASY WAY)
-Duplicate the shade layer for the tail you want.
-Move the duplicate layer below the original shade layer.
-Set the layer mode to "normal".
-Have lock alpha checked and you can color.
It removes a lot of the lines for the parent and leaves the shading. What am I doing wrong?
