i hate myself so much. why does everyone try
and lie to me telling me i'm pretty and cute
and all that, when in reality i'm none of it.

you haven't even been here for half an hour and i'm already pissed at you.
i swear, all we do is fight and argue and i just...we're falling apart. hell,
we've been falling apart for months. this isn't healthy, why are we even
still together? all we do is hurt each other. i knew better when i decided
that i wanted to try again. and i regret it so much. i let one of the best
things i'd ever had slip through my fingers because i was too busy living
in the past to see what i had right in front of me. but it's far too late now.
i'm such a stupid idiot.

good golly I'm still terrified thinking about that nightmare
and I'm not even easily scared - I'm easily unnerved and frightened, sure. but scared? truly scared? feeling a deep feeling of fear that activates my fight or flight reflexes and sends my mind and body into overdrive? almost never. I can't recall the last time i'd felt true fear before last night.
