Light heard other cats, and curiously started to follow the sound. The small she-cat, barely out of kithood bounded cautiously into the woods. She scrabbled up a tree, and looked down to see another loner whining, and a cat who smelled of others hunting.

Blizzardpaw took a step back, he wasn't that surprised though. He was a loner. Not a clan cat; he'd never know the struggle of prey. But the tom didn't dare argue, and just stay still, hoping that Dog would forgive him.

Dog stared at the vole in disbelief. "That's it?!" he said with an angry hiss, unsheathing his claws once more. "I told you to get me food, not that little scrap of fur."
