Eagleheart

Eagleheart suppressed a growl. She deserved an apprentice! While her sister got to have two apprentices already, Eagleheart had had none. This frustrated her beyond belief, and she stalked away, trying to keep her fur from bristling with resentment of Dawnstar and Wolfheart.

Wolfheart

Wolfheart returned to the camp with a fat rabbit in her jaws, much like Eagleheart had returned with earlier. She placed it on the fresh-kill pile and settled in the shadow of a rock to eat a magpie someone else had caught earlier.

Chasepaw bounced over to Brambleheart. "I'll be a great apprentice, just you wait!" He mewed eagerly with his head held high in enthusiasm.

"I know you will." Brambleheart purred, resting his muzzle on Chasepaw's head before passing over to Feirceclaw.
"Congrats!" He told her happily.

"Thanks brambleheart I'm so happy I have such a hardworking apprentice," Fierceclaw said pressing her muzzle on amberpaw's head

Chasepaw padded happily to Amberpaw. "Well done, I'm sure you'll be a great apprentice." Chasepaw purred with a smile.
