What needs to be changed?

It isn't a half bad trade, but because the green cream recently turned rare, top should consider maybe an uncommon 09 from around May or so. It depends.

Line Tribal for Blue Balloon? Would this be considered a swap, or is it unfair for line tribal becuase apparently they go for non balloons?

The Joker, Wood angel and BA is the best. A little bit more is needed though on that side. The non-coon is worth 3 VR Augusts. Joker is one; let's say the Wood angel and BA make two. You need one more.

It is but the Joker is extremely high in demand. It's very hard to get them right now.
