Actually just coming in here to correct this, you only need to reply to a minimum of 1 user. You can reply to more if you want but at least 1 is required. That being said, W o o f is correct, you need to reply to a user (And you can't use @everyone as it's too general) otherwise you're breaking the FC rules. ^^ They're located in the first post.
There isn't really a place to look for readopts as far as I know of (I think there was a thread in the past but it's no longer used). You're just going to have to keep an eye on this FC in case someone decides to readopt a Plume out, but keep in mind this isn't a common occurrence (It's more uncommon, at least compared to regular adopts). If you really wanted a Plume you would probably be better off just keeping an eye on the main thread instead, since readopts also involve competitions! c:
