Starlingheart watched amused when Shadowpaw was flipped over by Bluejay. She sat up and curled her fluffy tail around her body watching. The multicolored she-cat looked at the kits that had followed and smiled at them before looking over at Shadowpaw and Bluejay agian. She frowned, "Shadowpaw.. please don't bring that up. It scares me let alone everyone else" she mewed. Yes, Starlingheart was scared. Scared of Shadowpaw, even though she didn't know it.

(No he wasn't there, But I would guess rumor would have spread through the clan, that would his excuse anyway.)
Bluejay glared seriously at Shadowpaw, how could he bring something like that up, and where the kits could hear. He turned to Bravekit and wrapped his tail over the tom kits shoulders. "No, nothing like that will ever happen again. I will make sure of it," he meowed, his yellow/green eyes growing dark and dangerous. He stretched his tail out so that it reached Badgerkit and wrapped around him to, but he didn't feel comfortable answering the kits question. Not without Jaystar's permission and Badgerkit's mothers consent.
Shadowpaw flicked his ears down noticing what he had said. Truthfully he didn't care about the kit, except that it made a delicious meal. But he knew the other cats would become suspicious if he didn't show any emotion on the subject. "Sorry, I shouldn't have brought that up." he apologized, flattening his ears. "I didn't think, and I feel horrible for bringing such a unspeakable thing up," he added, nosing Starlingheart.

Bravekit was still slightly afraid but tried to hide it with a smile. "So does that move work on all cats?"

Badgerkit was still slightly confused but decided to let it go. It seemed like a bad topic and he didn't want to know if it was bad.

Bluejay gave a reassuring smile to the kits. "Yes it works most of the time, But it works best when the other cat isn't expecting it, otherwise he might cling to you back," Bluejay meowed.
(Sure I wanted to suggest the same thing.)

Eaglewing smiled at Bandit,"Well that's the whole camp. If your hungry you can take some prey off the fresh-kill pile." Padding toward the warriors den he arched his back as he stretched.

Bravekit nodded,"Ok. I don't think I'm tall enough to do that move on a warrior though."
Badgerkits amber eyes glowed in awe,"That was cool though! What other moves can you show us?"
Eaglewing padded over to Badgerkit,"I think you should go back to the nursery. Your mother might begin worrying about you."

Bluejay smiled at Bravekit. "Even if you have to jump it should work still, just make sure you get your shoulder right into your foes ribs of stomach," he meowed. He then turned to Badgerkit, and was about to answer when the kits father suggested he go back to the nursery.
"Wanna ask Shadowwhisper and see if we can take out a hunting patrol? Bluejay meowed to Eaglewing, looking at the prey pile. It wasn't near empty yet, but it wasn't full, and he guessed soon everyone would be wanting something to eat.
