Blacklists/strike systems with the reason and username is horrible, too. ;_;

Especially when the rules of a thread say don't name names, and then the owner goes and puts someone's name down for a minor thing that was a misunderstanding and already solved.

And Diver Cholk, this is a debate thread. They're just debating it out. ;3

Yeah, I get that, but several pages of arguing over something on a children's site? :U

I must agree with the polite warning thing ya got there, though.

If you don't like someone and give them a strike for it, don't you think thats a bit racist?
Sorry if I misuderstood, but yes, to me it is >>

I think Prejudist is the correct word, hence "pre judging" people. o3o

Going off of the racism...those songs. You think the fans of them realize that they might be hurtful to the race the song is about? Like "I'm a Korean"? I should know. I'm South Korean. My cousin sang that in front of me. You don't know how badly I wanted to scream at her.

Arguing is not debating. No one's saying that their opinions are better than anyone's else. No one is arguing and I don't see a fight going on. Plus, it's the whole point of this thread (not about the strike thing only) is to debate. :3

I don't see how it being a 'children's site' makes any difference as long as every part is mature enough to debate.

Being racist can come on the internet too. Im my book there are other kinds.
To me, if you dont like someone and you ban/give them a warning just because you dont like them, would be racist to me. If anything, if you dont like someone, then ugnore them rather than banning/striking them.

It wasn't an overreaction, it was a natural reaction. I knew it was going to happen the moment it was put on there. It's a human reaction to rebel against that, and I've literally resently studied it in psychology.

@Rynn I guess ^^ but to be honest, if you think about it.. it wasn't even going to effect them if they obeyed the rules, which most of them already do. It was just a silly fight over a little thing, imo o_o
