Jay wiped his cheek and layed out on the ground, limbs spread out like a sea-star.
"Yeah.. Lets wait..."

MASK (The dog, one of my new 'characters ^^ See front page if you wish to know about him, he's a dog :3)

He was hungry. And tired. And a mess. Mask had been wandering the city for days, no food or water.
He passed the apartment buildings his 'master' used to live in. He probably moved by now... It was Mask's own fault. He had stubbornly decided to stop coming around his 'master'. Now he paid the price...
The poor Dog walked a bit more, just toward the edge of the forests that led out of the city, and then layed down. One might say he collapsed, though...

Kristian Heilburg
He skidded out and watched them leave, sitting in the doorway while growling
"Save someones life and here I am.. Being repayed by being left behind." He snapped aloud to himself, before turning and moving back into the medicine barracks
It was nice inside, didn't look like anyone else had used it in a while
Thank goodness though, meaning he was the only doctor there
Bad news, he was the only doctor there

MASK
Mask stayed like that for a few hours. People passed. Probably thought he was dead... But after a time, he stood shakily and continued into the forest. It was his best bet. Maybe he would find some small rodents or something? It was an all time low, but better than dying.
He stumbled farther into the trees, having not caught any scent of any other living thing. Mask paused and gave a loud growling-howl of frustration. He decided to just use the rest of his energy and ran, not in any particular direction, just ran, hoping for anything, anyone.

Finnegan || Forest || Open

I suddenly heard footsteps come towards me, but I didn't look. The only aura I felt was deathly, and it was walking right towards me.
I pretended to not hear, not sense them coming for me, and after standing still for a few seconds, I turned to look at them, only to see that they were no longer there.
Most days, I fight. But right now, I'd only fight when absolutely necessary. I just wanted to survive in this god-forbidden wasteland.
Breathing a sigh of relief, I made my way back to the city.

Jay went into the city and got infected by a man named Yersinia Pestis. A doctor Named Kristan healed him, and his friend, Night the skinwalker made an appearance. They decided to go somewhere else, to leave the city, and are now making their way out of the forest. They left the doc behind (oops ;=;) and Mask (Jay's 'dog') Is kinda stumbling through the forest, looking for food, water, and any other living thing. There is a deer-humanoid named Miko, a cat named Firefeather, and a girl Named Evette with them.)

He blinked and turned his head, seeing Finnegan once more head into the city
Which made him smile, and turn away from the forest
But the howl deep inside made him turn back slightly, sitting eerily still
And continued on after the man

Kristian Heilburg
He jumped, almost spilling a few things when he heard the howl
It echoed almost, through the dense trees of the dark forest.
He frowned, wondering who it was (or what depending on the species) and moved to the open doorway of the barracks, his black boots clicking on the wood floor
He peered out and looked around, hearing something coming nearer
But didn't move, and looked out through his round rimmed goasses

Was that- A human. Humans like jay? That were nice and had food and water for him? He used his last burst of energy to head in the direction of the scent, tripping over his own legs, and panting something fierce. A tiny building? He didn't last long enough to find out. His vision literally just stopped, and suddenly, it felt like nothing.
