His apprentice had a habit of resting in the den until the warrior snuffed him out for work. However, he wasn't one to barge in and make himself apparent as lightning. The idea of bursting into the apprentice den calling for Troutpaw was embarrassing to say the least, so instead he curiously eyed the queen and Creamflower chatting; probably about kits or toms...

His yellow eyes glared in the leader's direction, hardly able to understand how his deputy was getting in the way of things. It was Shellstar's job to help organize patrols and his deputy was a second in command if he was busy, but Lionbreeze was the one who broke away from the group. Snorting, he wondered if Harepaw was just as frustrated at the sight of the two cats mingling. Personally, he never understood love much less a mutual like for one another...

The brown tabby watched his golden sibling follow her mentor with ease, wishing he could be as confident as her in patrolling first. Shaking the doubt to the back of his mind, he knew he couldn't let himself be down or Heatherpaw would have his tail all afternoon. Patiently, he waited to see if anyone was going to wander about after or with the hunting patrol.

Creamflower smiles and nods. "Im fine thank you." she said, then hears about her kits being due. "Of course, but you will know when its time." She continues to eat her fish, savoring the delicious taste.

Dustfur finished up her dove, watching all the cats with jobs and status. She moved over to a sunny spot to warm up.

Ridgetooth rose to his paws, his yellow-orange eyes bright as usual. "OY! Willowfeather!" He ran up to the deputy. "Can I go huntin'? The preypile's startin' to get empty." He glanced back at the pile and back at Willowfeather.

Lionbreeze

Lionbreeze purred as each cat acknowledged his request, and joined him for the patrol. Watching Rainheart, as she slipped up to join them, he looked at his patrol. With, the four warrior and the one apprentice, he gathered them with his tail, "Alright. So, my plans for this patrol, is that we will check the borders, re-mark them, and hunt a little on the way back. This is a great opportunity for Heatherpaw, to show us what she knows." His hazel eyes scanned the cats, "We also need to be alert, in case something does happen. We need to stay in two's at all time. If you see or hear something, make sure you check it out with another cat on the patrol. We do not want to be left unaware." He felt his body shift slightly closer to Rainheart, as if he was wanting to protect her, however it would go unnoticed by her, and the cats in his patrol.

Her ears flick slightly at her mentor, listening as he spoke before shifting her gaze back to the camp entrance. She already knew her mentor's main focus so she could at least gain some attention and advise from Redstripe and Sunclaw if she needed it. Being only a moon away from being a warrior at the very least, she couldn't be relying on other cats anymore; unless it was her brother. Confident she could be like Harepaw for once in her life, she golden tabby eagerly shifts her paws as she waits for her mentor to take the lead.

Plumppaw purred happily as she set the black bird down at the elder's paws "Sorry it's not a dove, i couldn't find any. So I just fetched this since I guess it was close enough to one. The brown tabby's voice got quieter and quieter as she spoke until it was nothing more than a mumble so then with a small giggle she meowed"Your welcome" Even with the clan's elders she was always a shy cat who didn't like to talk that much. In that moment, she quickly looked around for Mousewhisker her mentor. She didn't want to go out training today so she just though avoiding him and hiding from him would be her best option. Then after finishing her gaze around camp and not spotting the tom she sat down near Blindpool, she figured that maybe she could get a story out of her while she ate. Listening to the elder's stories were something she always loved even though she wasn't a kit anymore.

Blindpool
Blindpool purred, "It's fine young 'un." As the blackbird got set at her paws, she took a bite, having said thanks previously in the morning. Hearing the shift in the apprentice's paws, she stifled a mewl of laughter, "Back in my day, when I was just a kit..." Blindpool started to purr, the memory becoming just within her claw-grasp. She took another bite of the blackbird, swallowed and continued the story, "When I was a kit... Smokeykit, was my name.... The medicine cat, was out of camp. It was half-moon, and I knew she wouldn't be back for a while. When most of the cats were asleep, I sneaked into the medicine cat den. I then started to eat all the herbs I could find. Wondering what each tasted like." Blindpool took another bite out of the bird, and continued, "When the medicine cat came back, I had the worst stomach ache. I was stuck in the medicine den for five sunrises. The worst five days of my childhood I must say." Blindpool took another bite of the blackbird, and offered some to Plumppaw, "If you want, I could tell you of one of the many great clans... Maybe you would like to hear of Tigerclan... and how they got their stripes?"
