I'm not good with mainlists.

That being said, I wouldn't do it.
The sunback has great demand, can be traded up and down easily, whereas the UR cat can be awfully hard to trade down. If you want the UR cat, I'd take it, as it's decent overpay.

I would say unfair to the Cheshire cat. It's worth an 09 rare, but with demand I've seen it go for high advents
