My first thought was this pony litter. The colors are a bit darker than the flag, but they seem a good possibility.

I really like the rainbow pegasus from easter, but I also like the dog I just posted about a moment ago.

The rainbow glitter item for pets would look awesome on a white pet or something of the like if you're interested in that! I think it would actually be cool to do that with a bunch of pets because it would represent diversity!
