She felt plowed Cedarpaw out of the clearing, and when he asked her if she liked to hunt, she replied awkwardly " Y-Yeah, I'm pretty good at it." She stopped dead in her tracks, raising her tail as a signal for Cedarpaw to be quiet, and then turned around slowly. She got into the hunters crouch, and she glided over the forest floor, and stopped for a heartbeat. Then, she pounced, popping her head up with a dead vole in her jaws a few moments later.

Fadedecho frowned slightly. He was a bit overwhelmed with all the news, and wasn't in the mood to argue with Beetlenose. He still had a few questions left for her, and he needed the answers desperately. He 'looked' at her, his eyes showing no expression. "Beetlenose," he began, shifting uncomfortably. He was afraid to ask this question, and wasn't sure if he wanted the answer to it. "Will you be staying with StormClan?" he questioned, hoping desperately that she wasn't exiled for bearing kits. Hopefully Swiftstar showed some sympathy...? But it definitely wasn't something that he could count on. Swiftstar showed no sympathy toward everyone half the time, and wasn't one to be soft.

Fadedecho sighed in relief. He was relieved that Beetlenose could stay with him and the Clan, and everything could go back to normal. He closed his eyes and silently thanked StarClan, then blinked back open his deep blue eyes and looked toward her direction. "Thank StarClan, Beetlenose!" he exclaimed and a small smirk slowly spread on his face. "That sure is relieving..." he trailed off; wondering if Swiftstar would figure out the truth... that he was the father. He looked at Beetlenose, his ears flattened against his head. "You do know that from now on... we need to make it less obvious." he whispered; not wanting anyone to overhear their conversation.

She let out a soft sigh, still irritated by the whole situation, but she had calmed down significantly. She looked around, Where had Foxpaw run off to? She wondered, not sure if she should be concern about what Cedarpaw had said. Would he pursue something that size again? She shook her head, and stalked forward, a scent wafting her nose. It was a stray squirrel, probably getting lost on its way back to the safety of the trees. Swiftly, she lunged forward, hooking it with her claw before killing it. She lifted her prey and turned back towards the trees, pausing for a moment before preceding. See Cedarpaw? I caught something. She sourly thought.
