History isn't exactly, have you used her before, it is more like: where were they born? when? how did they learn the things they did? What was their life like up to this point in time?

for example, I have a cat I use a lot, named Blindpool. Here is her history:
Back when Blindpool was a kit, her name was Smokeykit. She was a small kit, however she was strong. Quickly becoming Smokeypaw, and then Smokeyfoot she was one of the strongest warriors in the clan. At age 43 moons she became the deputy. However, when she reached 49 moons, she was caught in a tumble, rocks giving way beneath her. She was lucky, and survived, however pieces of rock got in her eyes, and injured them. The medicine cat did everything in their power to heal her, however they couldn't help her eyes. Her eyesight was gone, and with it her duty to her clan as deputy. She was forced to retire into the elder's den, unable to continue as deputy. She requested a change of her name, in which the leader agreed, and had name changed to what she had requested... Blindpool.
