Pharaoh- Pharaoh squinted. "Yeah, mudwing. Looks a decent size. Some sort of gold on his forearms." Pharaoh became more nervous. "Maybe we should get out of the open. We don't want to run into anyone!"

Terra protested, "But what if they're friendly?"

Bayou blinked. "Um, yes, sure, I'll be going." He turned back around and shot off towards the Kingdom of Sand, then glanced over his shoulder. "Thannkkkss!" he called from far off, then continued over the mountain and into the desert. Glints of white, gold, red, and black scales caught his eye, causing him to dive down toward it subconsciously.

"I got it," Starkeeper hissed, staying where she was standing. "I can get his intentions."

Flicker's summons apparently hadn't gone unnoticed. A troop of war-SkyWings filed along the side of the ledge, staring at her expectantly. One said, "There's no one here! What'd ya call us for? Another false alarm? I'll have to report to the queen 'bout this!" Flicker's heart sank. It was the SkyWing second-in-command, Whirlwind.

Hope hissed. "It sees us!" She unhinged her jaw, her venom ready.

Terra defensively guarded her friends, blocking them with her huge wings.

Bayou! What are doing? They could be hostile like those two hybrids! The MudWing landed, grinning politely at them. "Hi there!" Three moons, what are you going to say now?

Snowstorm hissed, standing protectively in front of Pharaoh and the others. She readied her frostbreath in case the MudWing tried anything.

Pharaoh- Pharaoh peered over Snowstorm's huge wing. "Hi there!" he said back in greeting. "What's a mudwing like you doing all the way out here?" Great. Now he's gonna wonder what dragonets like us are doing out here. Way to screw up, he thought angrily.

Hope spat venom at a leaf between his claws to warn him. "Stay where you are or I will hit you next time." She growled. "Who are you?"
