spottedleaf's calm amber eyes met his furious ones. "i won't die," she murmured. "now, for the sake of starclan, go back to camp."

*Stonestar didn't reply, but instead sat down right beside Spottedleap*

spottedleap sighed. "you have a clam to lead," she noted.

*Stonestar just sat there, not replying*

Pikeflower lifted his head to watch Mistyclaw as she entered the den. He waited for a bit to see if she would say anything to him but it seemed she was intent on just staring up at the den ceiling. The tom sighed and stood up so he could move over to sit near her. "Look, Mistyclaw...I don't know why you ran off but I was trying to say that I think I feel something for you too."

*Mistyclaw turned to look at him*

"No you don't. You wouldn't have looked so scared of me!"

*She replied hastily, then turned back around*

"I thought I wouldn't ever learn to love again,"

Tinypaw sat up quickly when she realised Moonpaw was gone. A sour taste like mouse bile hung at the back of her throat. It's the only thing... she decided to just do it. She charged out of camp and into the surrounding forest as fast as she could. She ran through it a little, then sat down. "Rogue cat?" She called. "Are you there? I don't want to harm you!"

"There is a difference between fear and surprise." Pikeflower said before standing up. "But fine, believe what you want then." He headed back to his nest where he gave his chest fur a few quick licks an an attempt to soothe his frustration. The warrior would not belittle himself by trying to beg Mistyclaw to believe that his feelings were true.

Sparrow sighed, her stomach rumbling. That small mouse did nothing to curve her hunger. She walked around, still starving, and tried to find some food.
