Uggghhhhh. There is huge drama going on in my dog community atm. Steer clear of Facebook for a while folks.

Anyway, I bought a harness for Harley and I to run together in because I finally clicked on how stupid of an idea it was with a flat collar. Upon fitting it I then realised that he's lost so much weight that his collar no longer fits him!

Just bought the pups flea collars! Flea season is not upon my area yet, so until then these collars will do.

What brand of flea supplies does everyone use on their dogs?

I use Pet Armor Plus applicators.


small update: gave the pups their first raw bone today. molly went right to chewing it, she has had bones before just not raw. apollo had no idea what to do for awhile, he kept tossing it up in the air and picking meat off.

The only thing I use to prevent fleas with Chloe is Dr. Mercola Healthy Pets Flea and Tick Defense spray. I put it on her when I take her outside.

I bought adams flea collars it said they last 7 months. I never used flea collars before except once on molly when she was a pup and it was called zodiac I believe- which didn't work during flea season so I threw it away and never used a flea collar since. BUT, I didn't buy them for use during flea season I just bought them for temp. use until the store gets pet armor plus back in stock, I really hope my dogs don't get sick.

I've used Adams flea sprays once or twice and wasn't the biggest fan. I'm just leery of flea collars as I've seen a lot of animals end up with chemical burns and stuff. Try looking around and seeing/reading complaints.

I just went outside and took them off the dogs and threw them away lol. They were only $4 something at Walmart so its not like they were quality stuff and will actually work anyways. I bought adams because my mom does use that brand spray on her cats and said it works every summer but I don't want the risk of my dogs getting sick. I'll make a trip to a different Walmart nearby to get their flea meds this weekend. Its better to be safe then sorry anyways even if the fleas aren't here yet, I know there coming! ^^ Thanks for saying something though, I would have never known. (:
