Silkpelt turned to face her daughter. " I thought I told you to stay put. You could've gotten hurt!" She meowed as she started to furiously lick her head.

Silverpaw groaned, " Mo-om! I'm not a kit anymore! Besides, I knew someone was going to get hurt."

|Hopesong awoke from her nap in the warriors den. She gave a great stretch and walked stiff-legged out of the den. Hopesong shook herself once more and headed over to the fresh-kill pile to settle her growling stomach. Hopesong picked out a chiffanch and ate it thoughtfully|

Silkpelt sighed. " I know, but I'm worried about you," She nudged her. " Why don't you go play with the kits?"

Silverpaw mewed. " Okay." She turned and padded towards the nursery.

Since the danger appeared to be over, Pikeflower exited the den he had been inside and glanced around to check and see if anyone had been seriously injured or worse.

Cloudgaze

Cloudgaze stood just at the entrance of the nursery with her ears angled towards the camp clearing. From the sound of things the eagle had been killed so the clan was safe again. The queen let out a soft sigh of relief and moved to her nest where she had left her kits.

Wildflight

Wildflight peered out from the warriors den and shifted his gaze up at the sky as if he expected more birds of prey to show up. After a few moments he accepted that it was safe again, it was unlikely that an eagle could have carried away a Serval such as himself anyway, and emerged from the den.

Mink-kit

Mink-kit didn't say anything when Cloudgaze came back to them. He didn't appear upset by what had just happened and, in fact, was rather sleepy looking now.

Daisykit
♂ || Kit || no crush or mate || tags: open

"So it's gone?" Daisykit questioned when his mother returned to them. He had been arguing with Cloudgaze the entire time while the eagle was threatening the camp, talking about how he should be out there fighting it and not in here with her. Of course a kit like him wouldn't have stood a chance against an eagle but that wouldn't have stopped him from trying.

Falcondusk looks at the sky as Owlfeather lays down in the warriors den in a fur ball.
