* He jumps onto the rabbit, ending it easily. *

White Flame shrugged his shoulders, "I am not to sure about that," he sighed and kneaded the ground with his paws. "You can't be too sure with Daze," White Flame snorted. He swished his tail across the forest floor and felt a sudden urgency to get back to camp just in case Xavier needed him for something. The white brute then reminded himself that Xavier was hunting with Star and Candy and would not need his with anything, ever. "I hope that one day you will find your family, but until then, what will you be doing— I mean obviously living in the woods and hunting, but like... I don't know. I guess what I am trying to say is that if you would like, I can talk to the alpha about you joining the pack if that interests you, but I know it would probably be a big change from the life of a loner." White Flame bit his tongue and scolded himself for asking such a far fetched question. Feeling foolish, he awaited the other wolf's response.

His ears pricked up at White Flame's offer, "Really!? Me? I don't know, well I guess I could use a break from wondering around so much. It will be nice to be with wolves that aren't trying to kill me. But it has been so long since I have contributed to a pack, I wouldn't know where to start." White Flame smiled; Latke's excitement seemed to have been rubbing off onto him. He was very relieved to hear that the brute hadn't thought his offer was as idiotic as he had felt it had been. "I believe that he would accept you as long as you are honest and true with your intentions," He said thinking of Xavier, "Xavier, the alpha, is kind, but the safety and prosperity of the pack is one of his top priorities. I think he would be able to see that you would be no threat to the pack, and to be honest, we are in need of more wolves." White Flame chuckled slightly. He sighed and started to plan out in his mind what he would say to Xavier.

(@Pete: Since LunaPuppy has not responded in a very long time, should we put Candy's hunt on hold so that you can keep RPing with Star and Xavier? It would only be a temporary pause until LunaPuppy gets back, so that the whole RP doesn't get stuck waiting for Luna to reply.)

Xavier continued munching on his rabbit. He was burried in thought. Star was going to go into heat soon, and once she was going to have pups she would be unable to hunt, forcing the males to do the task. Star always made sure that the pack had plenty to eat, and her hunting abilities were surreal. Without her doing the job, he had no idea how he would feed the pack. She had never mated before, but this year he assumed she would, since she had been hanging out with White Flame and all. But also she seemed to have been liking Daze's attention this year. This was odd, Xavier thought she found his flirting rather annoying.

Star nocked into Xavier's thoughts. "Why the long face, big brother. You know you are an ugly worrier." She said playfully.

Xavier rolled his eyes and felt his mood lighten up a bit. "Just thinking about the future. Mating season is almost here, you know?" He woofed.

"Are you suggesting that I get a mate?" Star backed up, a crooked grin on her face.

"No, I was only thinking about it. Daze will be all over you once you are in heat." He winked.

Star faked a gag and laughed along with her brother.

Blaze could see a small camp in the distance. is that.. Could
It be... Barking?!
He trotted stealthily up to one of the camps walls. that is barking!
He thought. Blaze watched them for a while. He kept on looking at this one wolf, the one addressed as ' Star '.

(lol there aren't real walls, but they do mark their scents in a big circle which claims it as their territory. )

Star, being an excelent hunter, picked up a wolf scent. It seemed to be far off, but it was definetly there.

Xavier noticed Star perk up immediately. "What is it?"

"Wolf. Loner. Seems to be at the border. I also smell another one, but their scent is lingered with White Flame and Daze. I wasn't worried about that one, but this one is new. It's in the opposite direction of Flame's scent." She barked.

"I guess we will go meet them. I sure hope they aren't hunting on our territory." Xavier stood up and trotted towards the scent with Star.

Blaze heard the one he knew as 'Star' and another wolf, who seemed Unidentified to him, coming at him. will they be mad at me? he wondered. i sure hope not, I was only watching pack life; sometimes I wish I could have the guts to be kind enough to get a mate. blaze whispered to himself.

Daze

Daze made his way back to camp from where he had left White Flame and the strange wolf. He perked his ears when he saw Star back in camp with her brother. He trotted over to the two wolves and flicked his tail. "Hey," Daze called to them. He nodded to his alpha and winked at Star, "I was out checking the border with White Flame when we ran into a loner. What was odd was that White Flame sent me back to camp and said that he could handle it himself..." He trailed off when he realized that something was off. "Wait. What is wrong?" Daze asked and tried to catch Star's eye.
