"I'm going to give you some cobwebs to put on your paw, then some marigold so it doesn't get infected. Spottedleap taught me that."

*She smiled and padded to the medicine den and came back out with the herb and cobwebs. She put the marigold poultice on his paw and then wrapped it with cobweb*

"Now be careful from now on. How did you get the thorn in your paw anyway?"

"Good. I'm glad. Her training will start sometime tomorrow."

*Stonestar smiled, then padded back to camp with the rabbit clamped in his jaws.*

All of the herbs and cobwebs seemed a bit much for something simple like a thorn but PIkeflower didn't argue. Although he wouldn't admit it, it was actually nice to have someone worry about his well being again. "I don't know." He answered honestly, "Must have just been somewhere around camp. At least none of the kits stepped on it."

*Mistyclaw looked into the tom's eyes. Wow! His eyes are amazing!*

"Do you want me to bring yous some prey?"
