Is this a fair trade? I'm not very good with list trades...

Demand wise its not fair to them at all.
The Black Advent goes for Sorbets, I've seen the Alice Set go for anything between a Sorbet and a Non, and then the Orange Cerberus is so rare I'm not really sure how much overpay its going for.

Second opinion Please? (Other side is me) Because if that was the case then I could swap a JOker for a CEG but no one ever does that trade. so CEG has to be a bit lower? Cause a Joker is worth a non.

Please understand that personal opinion goes into your trades. A Joker IS worth a non with demand, but I hardly see people swap them for that and are really picky (myself included)
