If you want a transparent image you can change the hex code the the end of the URL to ece9e1 or f4f1ea, depending on the post. It isn't really transparent, it's just the color of a forum post on the default background.


And the hex code for a quote box is ebeadd.

Also, if you want a truly transparent image, Lunapic is a site that's easy to use - just copy the image from the archives and paste it into the url box; then select "Edit" and then the bottom choice, "Transparent". That allows you to click on the part you want transparent, which is the background. If the applied transpareacny looks good to you, then upload the Lunapic image onto a site like Imgur or Tinypic c:
