No, very Unfair to you!
That Rat is a main list, I strongly advise you edit it out of the trade.
As for the rest, the demand for these store pets are spiked. I would get a handful of opinions.

Depends where you and your partner want to value the Grinner; thanks to rumors some people believe they have bad demand. I'd ask for at least 2 more '09 rares in value personally

Their cat is maybe worth 8C$, so the trade is pretty unfair to you considering the April cats are fair swaps
