But because of time I didn't even get to see this years April fools prank ... :( it's still April 1st
for me. Can someone tell me about it. What's this chicken thing and where do I adopt eggs? Or are the monthly adopts the eggs and they changed to real animals?

All the monthly adopts displayed as eggs for April 1st. Some pets turned into chickens and others got eggs put over them. Everyone's avatars changed to chickens (they're in the derp section of the avatars if you want to go look). And the site was changed to Chicken World.

I really like the new store pets when it comes to the lineart - I agree with those people who like them better than the other pegacorn lineart.
But I wish the designs were a little more different from each other colour-wise. Don't get me wrong, they look lovely, all of them, but I like some variety, personally.

That's actually what I was thinking when I saw them. ^_^ Two blue ones and two pink/tan-ish? ones. They were a bit too similar, though I'm loving that PPS to death.

We had a full on war! People were fighting (just as pretend of course), and some were on the side of the rebellion (which was the lovely lovely chickens) and some were on the side of the resistance (which was the foxes, for no reason). We were feuding and claiming that our side was the better one. There was a news thing on the home page that was displaying updates on the chickens, like "Sorren Fey seen playing with chickens." or "Nick seen chasing Tess through the chicken coop." And Nick was turned COPPA, so we were pretending that he had to be rescued.

It was super fun, I'm sorry you had to miss it. ;3;

Totally LOVING the PPS Pegacorn. Bought two sets of store pets JUST so I could get more of that little cutie. Probably going to buy more over the next two months too. The adults are nice but I WANT TO HORDE THE LITTLE ONE! AHHHHH!
