So remember how around Halloween time, people do the "Trick or Treat" thing? Ye, well, I decided to do one of those for Easter! ;u;
Now, I KNOW Easter's this Sunday. BUT, I will be keeping this open until April 10th - that gives you THREE WEEKS to get potential treats/tricks! ;D;

For this little shindig, Kurain will be giving out tricks/treats! ovo (art + design by me <3)
You may only knock on my door (PM me) ONCE per day. HOWEVER, you must reply with your timezone and the current time (that way we don't get no trick or cheaters yo) When you knock, write up a short one-paragraph prompt of how your OC got to Kurain's cave, and please include a ref of your OC, so I know who to draw! ;D; Since this isn't the regular Halloween Trick or Treating event, yes, you CAN submit a different OC each day <3

These two are both by Okami-Haru on DA, the first being our twins, Puck and Pan. They're such cheeky little butts, always getting into trouble and needing to be rescued by their adopted fathers, Ace and Flower


And then there's this one :,C Ace is kinda prone to taking risks thinking everything's going to turn out fine.... but one day it doesn't and he loses part of his tail.... luckily Hoshinu can re-grow their tails...

And actually, it's kinda funny. If I hadn't shown off the progress shots that Beckyroo (aka littlewhitedragon on dA) had shown me while she was working on Reggy's human ref for me to other users on the Jellybean Dragon Hangount chat, I might not have ended up with a RP for him to be in. 2 of the users on there loved the concept that I had for Reggy, being a Hogwarts student who is an illegal animagus, and they wanted to create characters who were also Hogwarts students who were illegal animagus. X3

When you are buying a character, what are some methods/steps that you use to make sure that the character isn't stolen?
This is probably really bad, but I'm really naive and trusting, so I tend to take it on good faith that I'm dealing with an honorable person. Generally speaking, if I'm dealing with friends or reputable users, I know I won't be buying a stolen character. :3
So far, I've only ever had one incident where I purchased stolen characters and since the purchase was done on CS and the user was reported, I was given back the payment. :3

Okay! So I have some art I want to show off, it's actually all art drawn by me. ♥ Sadly, it's all traditional and all these pictures were taken with my laptop camera, so sorry for the picture quality. ^^;
First up, some art of Zyanya Chry Caldecott-DeWitt (sometimes I just call her Chry since that was her original name before I made it her middle name). I realized recently that I've never drawn her before, which astounded me because she's the fluffiest JBD I own and I love fluffy characters and drawing fluff. X3 So I've started drawing her, starting with these two pictures:

The first one came about on a really rainy day and I kinda wanted to see what she'd look like sopping wet. X3 The second piece was early in the morning me bored in Spanish. X3
The 3rd piece I've drawn of Zyanya is her with her adopted son Papyllon:

don't ask me who she's warning off, I have no idea. X3 I think I need to work on my snarling because I don't think her snarl looks all that great. X3
Next up, some vent art:

This is Katniss, I drew this on a day when the pain in my jaw due to the infection was especially difficult to endure and I just wanted to cry and curl in a corner, but I had to be in Math class. X3 I wasn't keeping up on pain meds, so I needed to do something to keep my mind off the pain. ^^; I need to flip this image because it was on my left side and Katniss is pointing to her bottom right wisdom tooth. X3
Now it's time for a more recent image that I started drawing last night and finished earlier today. I drew this piece of a child Zver. It was going to be the lineart that I made my MYO design in, but decided not to since I wanted to make sure that I got the design in on time. ^^;

Lastly, this piece is actually incomplete, but I wanted to show it off anyway. It's my toy/micro kias Clara and Twelve (who I designed and are both based off of Doctor Who characters):

Clara's supposed to be grabbing Twelve's hand/paw and pulling him along while their running or something. I dunno. X3 Me bored in Spanish again.
