Well, unless there is an event that is more benefiting to me with them in my party. Only reason I have at least one around 30; Hakata has been used for events soooo..

Anime 2017 Ufotable???

Actually there will be two anime. One that comes out in October of 2016 and the other that comes out in 2017. Definitely looking forward to both, especially since Ufotable will be the ones makin' it.

To my knowledge it is just two season, separated. From the pictures I've seen I think the first will be Okitagumi based then the second only had Mikazuki as the header so I'm not 100% sure what that'll focus on. Not even sure if the first will only focus on Okitagumi either, just guesses here. As we get closer though I can imagine we'll get more information.

Here is some information about the anime if you guys are interested:



Hanamaru’s script writer and series compositor is Sugiura Pierre. He previously worked as the later on Barakamon.

On Hanamaru’s website you can see a comment from some of the staff; this is what Sugiura wrote:
“When I was playing Touken Ranbu, I felt a lot of different emotions. It made me feel excited, happy, frustrated, and it made me laugh…
So I wanted to carefully draw out each and every one of those aspects and make a story that would warm up your heart, where every day is a fun one.
Just like all the other Saniwas have been pouring all their affection into raising their Touken Danshi, I also want to pour all of mine into it and earnestly build up a story.”

Sugiura’s words carry a lot of passion! It looks like this will be a peaceful healing type of show.

Kiyomitsu and Yasusada were chosen to appear in the teaser, but it’s not actually confirmed that Hanamaru will focus exclusively on them as far as I can tell.

Oh wow... I've been wanting a Touken Ranbu anime since I started playing and suddenly 2 are announced? That's amazing! I really can't wait to see more of this! Hopefully all my favorite sword boys will be in it... especially Namazuo I just want to see him animated so badly ;;
So the first one is going to be slice of life-ish, I'm curious what the second one is going to be like... Especially since ufotable has made quite a lot of anime with pretty animation styles, so my expectations are quite high for that one.
