first, i must have a connection to their design (i usually try out for simple, yet cute
plumies). second, i check their competition- usually, i try to stray from all out impress
me contests because i barely have the time anymore and its really stressful and hard
to know all the hard work you've put in could go to nothing. lastly, i think of a character.
if i can think of one right away, it's usually a good one to try after.

Neptune is very shy and concluded. He doesn't like to talk much with others and with his disorders it makes it harder for him to interact with people. He likes to stay away from crowds, away from the spotlight, and out of the drama. With is disorders he gets teased often. "Oh look its the depressed child, never happy" or "Pfft he will never make it far
he's so lame," and it sadly happens daily. There isn't much for him to do about it because he can't talk to them or he is way to afraid. With it happening on a regular occurrence he has learned to ignore what is not wanted. He shrugs everything bad off and tries not to let anything bother him giving him a rather stone cold heart. Now while that may not be the best to get along with he likes it because it makes him less approachable and away from everyone. As he grew older though he realized that it's hard to even approach anyone for him. He stays away from you if he doesn't know you and often is lonely. While he wants someone to be friends with him or be there for him he doesn't know if he can trust many now. There has also been a growing dislike for small children. With his younger siblings and him watching them he just isn't interested in hanging around them more then he has to or for long periods of time, one of the main reasons he left home so soon. Neptune sadly does have some disorders and it doesn't make his life easier. He has to take certain precautions for most of everything and there is a fair amount of medication involved.
Since he can not always be up in space Neptune has always had an interest for animals. There was always that one in a litter that was left out from the bunch or pushed away from the neighboring animals and he felt like he really could relate to them. The animals also where the few that really accepted him. They made him feel loved even if it was just the slightest thing which normally leads to him being at a zoo or animal shelter with little to no talk to the other people helping out there.
Jordan is very happy go lucky. Nothing normally turns his day sour, even in the worst of times where it seems like the whole world has turned against him. He enjoys making people laugh and smile quite a lot which is what led him to his youtube career. He is a huge video game lover as well which helped in his job choice but he is always trying to get Venus or Warren to play with him though it normally ends up being his grandfather Cyril that plays with him in the end. He loves everyone and doesn't normally find any reason to even dislike someone. He left home at the age of 15 and doesn't often like to talk about his family at all and prevents any talk about them.
Kirk, though he sometimes goes by Captain due to his name, when with family, is often usually quiet. He likes to study things and learn everything she can about them. Since he is always learning he doesn't talk much because he is very focused but when there is nothing that intrigues him he can talk up a storm. Like his mother Reese he is very overprotective of his findings, writings, or reports making sure he is the only one that made what he made and that no one copies it from him. If they do they better be prepared to get an earful from him. Kirk can't just take from Reese's personality, he also has a bit of shyness which comes from Arabella. If there is someone new that no one in his family really knows he it normally shy to them and only opens up later on. As he got older Krik warmed up to strangers a little more though he still doesn't trust everyone she stumbles across, Since his recent gender change things have been different for Kirk but not much has changed with how he acts it's more of how others perceive him
