The rat is a tier above the pink September, technically worth a mid advent more than it. Demand says otherwise though, rats never really go for what they're worth.

Trade number 1 is a pretty amazing overpay..
I was able to trade my Phoenix pretty easily, and I have heard they have good demand.. Not sure but all I can say is I'd accept the Phoenix rather than wait.
