Okay, this took a little while ;o; I'd like to announce the winner! But first; a runner up/ honorable mention goes to ;grievers. I really loved these two forums, but I had such a tough time picking between the two that I wound up picking based on which had a bigger variety of character ^^. Ismene is calculating and intelligent, more in an annoying (and admittedly smug) way than an intellectual manner. Ismene undeniably loves to be right; she hates being dismissed as incorrect when she knows that she is actually right and will go to lengths to disprove the other. Hence why Ismene commonly sports a smug, condescending, or exasperated smirk. However, if she does happen to be wrong, Ismene will quickly and discreetly back out of the argument, though she also can be very prideful and stubborn at times.

She's very independent and self-reliant, and will push herself to the limit before accepting help. She believes that hard work can get her anywhere as long as she is dedicated. In addition, Ismene can be a little manipulative if not just extremely persuasive.

In conversation Ismene likes to be a little perplexing, constantly making obscure references or intricate metaphors and abruptly changing the subject or throwing in an off-topic statement. She is known to speak almost in a riddle-like way, and sometimes it's difficult to decipher exactly what she means by her words or if she's just spouting nonsense. She often moves when she speaks, by pacing back and forth, darting from place to place, or fidgeting in some distracting way; so it's hard to keep up with both her words and her actions. Due to this and her trademark smirk it's not surprising that others can get exasperated.

Ismene is regarded as a little odd or even crazy by her peers, and while she is not without friends those friends might not always take her seriously. She is respected for her intelligence though her riddle-like way of speaking can distort some of those smarts. However, when faced with a serious situation Ismene drastically changes. She's undeniably cool under pressure, completely dedicated and solemn- when she is in this extremely focused mode one knows things are serious.

I nearly forgot to post this, but I've been working on this form for a few days beforehand ^^
and no, I don't play league of legends but I've always thought it sounds pretty interesting!
