Aaahh I'm so excited for this year's event! Easter is definitely my favorite time on CS except for the Advent Calendar.
I might even end up hoarding the blue and purple tokens.

I... Don't know the difference. That's just what I hear year after year "don't reload the same page".

Whew I had to look up how to say this in English, but basically, if you just visit the same site again, your browser will fetch certain information from your cache, whereas a refresh (or hard refresh, depending on your browser) will ignore the cache and reload the entire content of the page again.
That's why sometimes you have to refresh a pet's image to see a new dress-up, for example.

Ahh, I see. So yeah, it's refreshing we shouldn't do. Clicking the same link over and over should be fine?

From what I've gathered it seems that the terms refresh and reload are often used interchangeably by people, so it's a bit blurry, but since it's been said that refreshing should be avoided because it puts additional strain on the server, I'd assume that it's referring exclusively to the action of completely refreshing a page.
Just visiting the same link over and over agan should logically be no more stressful for the server than clicking random pages^^
