On this topic, someone said that Tinypic was good for pixel art.
What? It's an uploader.
So I say that, and then this is what I get...

I Think Tinypic Is Good

Excuse me? Tinypic is for uploading images, not making them.
Anyways, MS Paint suffices just fine. There aren't any layers or anything, but it's most definitely the best program for pixel art. Of course, your stuff won't be transparent (that you need Photoshop or GIMP for), but it works. Also, you must save your images as .png or else it's going to look like crap.

My friend and I watched Miley Cyrus perform on an award show, she sang that song and was freaking out. We always imitate her when we hear her song. Needless to say, I don't like her. That is just my opinion though.
