Yes unfair to you, but there is a way to make it fair. They'd have to add about 4 '09 rares to their side to make it fair to you, or a bottom tier advent + a bit less than an '09 rare.

Get another opinion to be sure though

2 uncommon 2010 malk dogs/foxes = 2010 rare malk horse?
I'm not really sure when it comes to malks or dates that old whether it
needs to be more uncommon per rare, or just rare for rare etc.

That would be fair list-wise if you're valuing the UR Foal at roughly an UR Lion.
Considering demand I'd personally say it's roughly fair, but get another opinion on that.

Unfair to them. :) the '11 rare is worth 4 late '11 uncommons, and the steak I believe is from the medieval event from 2011 making it worth around a '11 uncommon (or 2 '12 uncommons) ^^
