I'm not sure if this is the place to ask but, which of these trades is worth more?

I'm wondering because I've bid in an auction and the auctioneer says that bid one is leading, and I want to know what I should add to my bid (bid two) to put it in the lead?

Number 2 is definitely worth more than number 1, even considering the average demand of the purple toxic and the good demand of the marionette dog.

Could I get some help with this item trade, perhaps? I'm quite sure it's unfair to me because of the Ghost Horse costume and the Thief set, but what would need to be removed to make it fair? c:

Elf set pieces+Horse Reins+Snowfall+Mini Tree+both Gold Stands are from 2011, Plushy is from 2012, Cattails and Dream are from 2013 and Cloak is from 2014.
Ghost costume is from 2009, Animal Eggs from 2010, Leaf+Spider Web are from 2011 and Thief set is from the Store, worth 19 C$.

I'd like to point out that, as the auctioneer, I recognize the second trade having higher value. However, I've taken preference to the pets that "one" has offered. And I've never seen the Purple Toxic go for much.

2 uncommon 2010 malk dogs/foxes = 2010 rare malk horse?
I'm not really sure when it comes to malks or dates that old whether it
needs to be more uncommon per rare, or just rare for rare etc.
