When the patrol returned and Coyotefur left for somewhere. Silentstream was still at the forest, she didn't have anything at the camp so she stayed at the borders, looking at the horizon.

When his headache was gone, he jumped up and padded out to the Warriors den. The patrol was come back and the clan was still burying the Snakemint's body. Even thought he sleeped the day feeled like a forever to him.

Fernstar
Fernstar looked at Threeleg and nodded. "Bearpelt's right. I have seen you helping with colds and headaches and the like, you will be fine." She reassured him, green eyes shining with reassurance.

Threeleg
Threeleg looked gratefully from Bearpelt to Fernstar. "Thank you, I will try to serve my Clan with everything I've got." He promised, dipping his head slightly.

Juniperfrost
Juniperfrost looked at him, surprised. "Really?" Then her eyes glittered with a playful doubt. "But one cat against the entire Clan.. But at the end of the day, it's Fernstar's choice and she's never let us down before so I'm sure whoever she picks will be a great deputy." Then she turned her head. "I wonder what happened to Coyotefur, I haven't seen him for a couple days now..."

Sparrowpaw
Sparrowpaw noticed the sky was darkening, and so decided he and Berrypaw could play a game tomorrow. He padded into the apprentice's den, noticing Dustpaw. "Hi Dustpaw!" He mewed, stepping in his nest beside the tiger tom's.

Aquilo
Aquilo smiled, standing up straight. "No problem," he mewed as he groomed a grey tabby paw. "Foxes eh? Yeah, I wandered past a fox den beside the broken cobble path. It seemed pretty much abandoned as the scent seemed to be about a quarter moon old." He mewed, flicking his tail.

Bone
Bone watched her walk away with an open mouth. He was confused. Was it because he'd let the two loners help them? I don't know, but I must find out.

Blueheart entered camp, the patrol had not found anything and coyotefur had wandered off at some point. Blueheart didn't know why but whatever it was he probably had a reason. He looked around the camp to see if there was someone he could talk to.

He didn't really know what to say to him so he just said the first thing that came into his mind "H-how are you?" he mewed with a light smile happy that someone talked to him. Goldenpaw smiled. He gently stepped out into the sunshine. His ears twitched as he smelt other cats. He dipped his head, not seeing anything and accidentally walking into the medicine cat den. He noticed this, from the smell of herbs, and said, "sorry. I never do this it's just my eyesight is getting worse." he quickly walks out, adding, "u didn't mean to disturb you."

Torrentheart let out a sigh as she finally reached familiar ground. Good, she thought. Now I can hunt. As she stalked through the underbrush, she pricked her ears for any noises. There! she thought. A small scuffling noise came from under a nearby bush. A mouse. As she bunched her muscles together, she leapt, landing on the mouse. Giving it a quick bite to the neck, she then thanked StarClan for the prey. As she stuck it under a nearby bush, she padded off in search of more prey.


Letting out a sigh, Daywatcher stretched herself out underneath a tree in the camp and rested her head on her paws. It had been a very long night, and now she felt worn out. Closing her eyes, she breathed in the cool air, willing herself to sleep... but no such relief came. She let out a huff of frustration, trying to keep herself relaxed so that she could finally have rest.


Bearpelt nodded back to the medicine cat, glad to see him having self-confidence in his abilities. As the group padded on, Bearpelt began to pick up the strong scent of the CloverClan borders. Pausing when they finally reached the border, he meowed to Fernstar, "Shall we bury him here?"
