joke, grin to whoever is closest to them, and laugh.

perfectly fine both physically, and presumably mentally as well.

They can be seriously pushy and a little awkward when socializing,
but they are really just a lovable mess whom enjoys company, but
prefers to be around just one or two people at a time.

I don't know if Yuleden is the best candidate, but I thought I might as well put him up for offers. I'm not the most active but I can get on once or twice a day to post on a roleplay or chat. He is 28, so on the verge of being too old for your liking, but because I don't have him involved in anything critical to his age, I can lower it if needed.
