it's funny because i'm Australian myself and i know what starscream would do as an Aussie.

kinda like america, main personality traits and stereotypes vary on what city you're in.
so people in melbourne love pop-culture, are a bunch of food snobs, are sport fanatics and like things hipster/urban/modernish.

like america, Australia has a friendly rivalry with a neighboring country, new Zealand.

so, depending on where starscream would be 'from' in a since, his personality would change.
