Dewstar padded over to Lightpelt and Berrytail. "Welcome to WinterClan," she mewed.

Berrytail giggled " Thank you Dewstar, " she mewed in reply, smiling cheerfuly.

Lightpelt's ears flickered as he got into a hunting position, his full attention on the thrush pecking some seeds ahead. He jumped up in surprise, seeing Dewstar, he relaxed and nodded " Oh, umm..Thank you " he sighed, watching the thrush flutter away.

Dewstar nodded, smiling.

In the forest, Smoketail ripped a hunk of moss of a tree trunk.

Lightpelt nodded back and smiled slightly before padding off to look for that thrush.

Berrytail watched him walk away, she sighed again and looked at Dewstar, wondering if there was anything that she could do to help a little.

Dewstar sensed Berrytail's concern and padded over. "Why don't you go hunt?" she asked kindly.

" Oh, of course! " Berrytail said excitedly, bounding off towards the trees.

Tigerpetal continued to walk through the forest.

Dewstar nodded.

Thunderwhisker turned around and saw her. He smiled. The crackling came again, and he dropped the the ground.
