How exactly did you guys get your centre out there when you started it? I've only got this banner in my sig so far, and I'm not really sure what else to do. XD

There's not a ton you can do, really.
I have always just kind of let people come in on their own accord.
I know for one that I and many other users have a tendency to simply surf around forum topics.
If people click on your thread on the forum board and like it, then they might adopt.

I honestly can't remember very well what Saria and I did right in 2012, but I can say that I am surprised that people even liked AM back then. I was a terrible pixel artist and I still am :P

EDIT: Expect a slow start, though. It might be very annoying, but popularity takes a little bit to grow/come.
But not too long, but it will feel like a long time trust me haha.
