I write! That's about it actually.

I started moving closer and closer to writing more and more one-shots, so i was just curious ^^

where do you get motivation to write, sometimes i have such bad wb

Uuh, well, most of the stuff comes from whatever I've been doing lately, whatever might've happened on a show gets filtered through to my brain and characters start acting up. I also like to use pinterest to look for writing prompts and relevant pictures

@Kim Jongdae I write as well, but not all coders do, though most roleplay. Writer's block is quite
tricky to deal with, as getting out of it depends on the person and/or time/mood of the writing. I
have to be in a specific mood to write, depending on the theme of my writing, and it's often hard to
get in it as I usually feel inclined to write something differently based on the weather or something.
Sometimes you just have to write anyway and push through it, but that doesn't always work. Try to
find someone/something that motivates you to write and gets you in the mood. For example, if you
like to listen to music while you write, play a song that gives you the feel of what you're writing.
Attempt to do something to fire up one of your characters in your mind and give yourself ideas of
how they'd react in a situation, whatever you want to put them in. Draw them in a situation if you
like; this helps me with how I picture them doing something and helps me give a clearer image.

Usually, I have a topic of what I want to write, but then no plot to write about lol. Things tend
to get too abstract without any direction, but I guess thats how its always been ^^
Ill definitely try a few of those methods to try and get some muse back, and I did try forcing
myself to write before, but things just turn up into a plotless monster LOL <3

i'm asking this because i'm starting to notice the same trends over and over and over in the forums. maybe we can all share some ideas and try and bring some new concepts to the table? idk

this question probably doesn't make sense
but i've always wanted to work more with different boxes. but on a mac, there isn't any way for the boxes to look right on both my monitor and a windows, so i have to avoid them.

also i'd love to see more differently shaped gifs that doesn't make a form look bad. i love circle gifs, but coding never looks right with them unless i use illustrator or gimp. cries

a big one i've been wanting to do is brighter colors! it's not really any problem with the coding but usually the palettes i chose for the coding end up looking really gross. ovo;;

btw if anybody can't find any poc pics, i have a tumblr filled with bunches of poc. i love collecting faces a lot and am pretty proud of it. here it is x though i tend to have a lot of writing references in there too and pictures i could use for my roleplay thread. uvu

aurie: i'm not sure how to answer the question, but as for your mac/windows problem, i'd suggest taking a screenshot of the box after you make it, make the image transparent on lunapic or OIE, upload to imgur or whatever, and then put it back into the form. that way it'll look the same for everyone. ^^

ok i know this type of rp is used a lot BUT imagine the hunger games with characters from the disney fandom. they wouldn't have to be canon characters but they could be.
idk it's either a really great idea or a really sucky one.
